Navigating daily life while maintaining sobriety has its challenges. It requires continuous effort, but it can be made easier with our Outpatient Program.
This is perfect for those who have successfully completed a period of more intensive treatment and are now looking to transition into a more autonomous phase of recovery. This could also be for individuals who have achieved a period of sustained sobriety but need ongoing support to prevent relapse. It's also beneficial for those who are capable of managing their daily responsibilities but are facing challenges with substance abuse.
As the final transition between programming at Atlas and total reintegration into society, our outpatient program will help clients work towards long-term sobriety and happiness. Through group, individual, and partner work, we strengthen relationship and coping skills to aid you during their recovery journey.
Participants can expect a comprehensive yet flexible approach to recovery. The program usually includes 3 to 6 hours of group therapy per day, customized according to each person's situation and progress.
Here’s a preview on what you can expect from our program.
Sessions are designed to be manageable, allowing you to balance treatment with work, family, and other commitments.
You'll gain essential skills that you can integrate into your daily life right away, building a strong foundation for lasting recovery.
We address all aspects of addiction and recovery through group sessions and individual counseling, creating a holistic support system for your journey.
Develop the skills you need to thrive in recovery. Our program focuses on building coping mechanisms, relapse prevention strategies, and healthy habits for a fulfilling sober life.
Connect with a supportive network of peers who understand your challenges. Share experiences, offer encouragement, and build lasting connections on your recovery.
Sessions typically last 1-3 hours and occur 1-3 times per week, allowing you to manage your daily responsibilities.
OP programs offer a less intensive level of support compared to IOPs. While both involve therapy sessions, IOPs are more structured and frequent, with sessions lasting longer and happening several times per week.
Generally, admission criteria involve having a diagnosed substance use disorder, a desire to stop using substances, the ability to participate in group therapy, and a stable living environment.
Detoxification is not included in our outpatient program.
